The French team is on the way up and one of my favorite rugby YouTubers already predicted that they will win the next World-Cup. England just came from a second place and will want to put things right and try to dominate the Six Nations. This is going to be a great game to watch and I believe that it is going to be much closer than you think. England would want to dominate up front but it will not be as easy as said against the tough French pack. The french will look to finally push aside the old saying “you can never be sure what french team is going to rock up”. They will want to become a consistent good team to take on the big teams in the comp.
Key mach-ups:
Julien Marchand vs Jamie Goerge: Both of these hookers will want to dominate other teams defense and get their team fired up with a few hard caries. If either of them succeeds the other team will be on the back foot and face a fired up team.
Charles Ollivon vs Tom Curry: These two players are not the same type of players Charles is a great running back rower and will look to target backline players and get his arm free in the tackle to be able to get the offload away. Tom on the other hand is one of the best defenders in the game and he will want to shut down the french team before they can move the ball to their elusive wingers.
Romain Ntamack vs Goerge Ford: I believe the player that is going to dominate this battle is going to be the one who’s forwards give them ball on the front foot. They are both very fast and great play makers and if they get space and time they will put their team in try scoring positions and in a great place to win the game.
