Sharks vs Bulls review:

The Bulls had a good start, but went on to loose the game. It was not that great of a game because of all the handling errors and both teams will have to do allot better in weeks to come. I know the conditions was not that great but players at that level definitely need to do better.

Sharks: Their forwards had an average game and was dominated in some parts of the game. The place where the Sharks excelled was in their back three those three players had a great game and two of them are already Springboks and I believe that Fassi is not far behind. They where great on the counter attack and in the air, and they could actually finish unlike the team of the Bulls. They where also great in their scramble defense and was able to shut down the Bulls every time they broke thru, and it is impossible not to speak of the one player who struck the final blow with his amazing pass to give Nohamba a try.

Bulls: Their flyhalf who came back had a great game his kicks from hand and of the tee. He controlled the game beautifully and if there was any doubt about his game play it has been squashed by him. Their forwards also lived up to the Bulls name and dominated at scrum time and had a good line out as well. They brought power and hard hitting to the game and made a bunch of dominant tackles that put the sharks on the back foot. The Bulls downfall came in the form of their finishing from quality players, players like Cornel Hendricks that had an open try line knocked the ball on and somehow every time the Bulls broke thru and had a chance they squandered their opportunities. Their other downfall was their fullback Warrick who had a very bad game and struggled under the high ball. If he wants to retain his spot in the side and the Springbok side he will have to be better than he was.

My MVP of the match: Tomas du Toit he is my MVP because of his work in the breakdown he was a real menace for the Bulls and although he is a prop he played like a extra loose forward.
