The first game on Saturday and is going to be a good build up to the Sharks vs Stormers game. The Lions will want to start playing some better rugby to show that the form of a few years ago are not completely lost. The Blues on the their hand will want to improve on their good form after getting the better of the Canes last week. In this game you can expect allot of running rugby from the Lions and they will want to try and expose the Blues out wide. The Blues on the other hand will start of driving the ball up with their huge forward pack and as soon as they pull he defense in tight they will play the ball out wide and allow their quick outside backs to score the tries.

My prediction:
I think that the Blues are going to come away with the win and they will win with about 20 points. The Lions just can’t catch a break and I don’t believe that this is going to be the game where they turn it around
